ENFIELD FOOD BANK DROP OFF POINT AT ENFIELD FOOD FESTIVAL

Although we are celebrating the diversity of great food on offer in Enfield we are also conscious that many in our borough face poverty.  In acknowledgement of this, the Enfield Food Festival will have a drop off point at the entrance,  for donations to The North Enfield Foodbank

The centre opened in April 2012 to help support those in our community facing a sudden crisis with food support.

The food bank is a project founded by Jubilee Church and is supported by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in our local area.  Individuals or families are referred by local organisations and care professionals in order to receive 3 days worth of nutritionally balanced food and support.
